: Persian Mint Sauce / Mast-O Sersem.

Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 Cup Greek or Persian drained yogurt
- 1 Clove Garlic (grated)
- 1 Cup Packed Basil Mint
- Salt to taste (1 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp onion juice
Directions[edit | edit source]
- Roughly chop the leaves on a chopping board.
- Process herbs and garlic in a food processor until smooth
- Mix with yogurt
- Chill before serving (hour+ will let the flavors infuse better)
