| A Presidents job is to inspire, give hope, teach tolerance, demand fairness from other countries (towards Americans or their own people) and just make people feel good. Meaning Reagan was the greatest President of my lifetime. He transformed the malaise of Carter into the wonder-years of the 1980's by lifting the jack-boot of progressive ideals off taxpayers throats. |

Reagan was vilified in his lifetime, but History remembers him fonder. At least for those that can fairly weigh his accomplishments. But man, the left hated the shit out of him and his supporters, and were as irrational as they are towards Bush, Trump. (And it's not like they treated Nixon any better).
